Frequently asked questions
Visit the Services page and choose the service you would like to book. Click the “Book Online” button and follow the steps to select your date, time, and complete your booking. Once finished, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
You can pay online after making an appointment via the payment portal. If you book your appointment offline or by phone, a secure payment link will be sent to you via Tikkie using a QR code or payment link.
You have the option to choose the locations that works best for you during your appointment.
Cash payments are NOT accepted. During your appointment, payment is available by card (PIN only) using a secure QR code. If the final cost changes during your appointment, the difference will be settled on the spot via QR code.
Appointments can take anywhere from a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 8 hours, depending on the hairstyle, size, and length. For a more accurate time estimate, please consult your hairstylist or refer to your service confirmation email.
You will usually receive your booking confirmation within a few hours after completing your payment. If you have not received it after 8 hours, please contact us immediately.
Before reaching out, please check the following:
1. Was the payment completed successfully in the payment portal?
2. Did you enter the correct email address?
3. Have you checked your spam or junk mail folder?
If all answers are yes and you still haven’t received confirmation, please contact us for assistance.
